These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using this website and purchasing artworks through the Palliative Care Art Exhibition platform.

By accessing this site and/or making a purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Purpose of Sale

All artworks have been created by participants in the art therapy program at Anam Cara House Geelong. Proceeds from sales directly support the continuation of this program and other therapeutic services.

2. Ownership of Work

Upon purchase, the buyer obtains full ownership of the physical artwork. However, Anam Cara House Geelong retains the right to use images of the artwork for promotional or archival purposes unless otherwise requested.

3. Collection of Artwork

Purchased artworks must be collected from Anam Cara House Geelong after the exhibition closes (Date TBC). We do not offer delivery or shipping. Details for collection will be provided via email closer to the date.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm the site, its users, or its purpose.
