These artworks were created by individual guests attending Anam Cara’s Living Well Day Program, using a range of materials such as paint, drawing, pastel, and collage. While most were completed within a single 1.5-hour art therapy session, some were developed over multiple sessions.
 

Themes explored include identity, memory, grief, legacy, connection, and hope — often shaped by what each person needed in that moment. These deeply personal works offer glimpses into the stories and reflections of each artist. All proceeds from artwork sales will go directly to Anam Cara Geelong, supporting the continued delivery of holistic care.
